It's easy to tell that I haven't been on the bike for a while. I found myself using lower gears than I usually would. Or it could be the few extra pounds I've put on since my hiatus. Or maybe it's that my bike is in "for sale" mode right now and weighs a whopping 22.8 pounds (I took off some of my good parts before I sell it and have heavier ones on now). Or maybe it's the less than ideal diet I've had lately. Who knows. One thing is for sure, training starts full swing in November!
