Zucchini. . . . or at least that's what I thought

It's only been a couple years since I realized I actually really like zucchini. Last year I planted zucchini in my garden and made lots of recipes with it. In May I purchased a zucchini start for my garden again this year. I love watching my garden grow and have been faithfully watching my plants. I was so excited as my zucchini plant continued to get bigger and bigger. One day when I checked on my zucchini I found a little (or should I say big) surprise. My zucchini plant is actually a pumpkin! I was pleasantly surprised as I have always wanted to plant a pumpkin. I have about a dozen pumpkins growing in my garden and they are so cute.

By the way, if anyone has extra zucchini I know someone that would like one.
