Brian called me to see if I wanted to go on a Sunday evening drive. (This was probably our 3rd or 4th date) Brian came and picked me up and we drove down to Utah County. Brian said there were some hot springs over by Utah Lake he wanted to see if he could find. Well, we never found the hot springs but we did find a lot of mud! So much mud in fact, Brian was able to get his truck stuck. He tried to get out and instead, was sinking deeper. Brian decided to call his friend Ian to come help. We probably spent 2 - 3 hours trying to get out of the mud. Finally around 1:30 (in the morning) Ian took me home. Yes, Ian took me home, Brian stayed with his truck. He didn't want anything to happen to it during the night. Brian spent some hard earned cash on a tow truck the next morning and I ruined a good pair of shoes. I must not have been too upset about the shoes , I did go out with him again :)

I think that is hilarious that Brian wouldn't leave his truck! I also think we have been to those hot pots, they were nasty!
That's not the first car he took off roading....at least he owned this one and it had 4 wheel drive. He never learns. You have to love your cars.
I remember you talking about that after it happened and those are the adventures that help us get to know people better, and laugh a lot later.
