Pumpkin Patch

The other night we did our annual trip to the pumpkin patch.  We were actually successful in growing a few pumpkins on our own this year but we still wanted a few more.    The kids love to go and pick out the "perfect" pumpkin.    Rebecca picked out a little tiny one but it was what she wanted.    I tried to get the kids to look at me and smile for a picture but this was the best I could get.  

Families are Forever!

I love doing family pictures and getting new updated pictures of my cute kids.  The problem is they grow so fast that I feel like I can't keep up with them.  I want to document every month but that's a lot of work.    We did pictures a couple weeks ago and the kids cooperated and were so patient, I was so pleased with how they did.   Zach isn't smiling in most pictures though and just has a look of "really" in most of them.  But I love them!  These pictures make me smile and I'm so grateful for my family!

1st Day of Pre-K

I can't believe my little girl is old enough to go to Preschool.   She has been anxiously awaiting the big day.   You can't tell by her smile but she was so excited for school.   She loves having Miss Stephanie as her teacher.    I was emotional the first week every day I dropped her off. I'm getting better as time goes on.  I'm very excited for her and for the things she'll learn and the opportunity to watch her grow and develop.

Zach turns 3

Happy Birthday Zach!   Zach turned 3 on August 28th.   He wanted a blue birthday cake with blue sprinkles.    For his birthday he got trains, cars, balls, soccer net and tools.  He has been going around the house singing "Happy Birthday to me"  Love my little dude!

Park City Summer Vacation 2015

A few posts back I mentioned that Brian won a two nights stay in Park City.  Well, this past weekend we used that voucher and had a great time in Park City!

Kids in diapers weren't allowed in the pool but Nicholas was a champ and played so well in his stroller while the rest of us went swimming.

2015 Mid Week Mountain Bike Race

Another bike race season has come and gone.    The Mid Week race series is most every Tuesday night from June-August.   Brian was able to participate in every race this season.   Brian did awesome this year and took 5th place is his age group.

Snowbird Mtn Bike Race

Last week the kids and I went up to Snowbird to watch Brian in his mountain bike race.   Brian has done awesome in the races this year and is currently in 4th place in his division.  The final race is tonight so watch for an update tomorrow with pictures of him on the podium.   There is a raffle after each race and Brian won a two night stay up in Park City.  Wahoo!    We are so proud of Brian and his great accomplishment this year and we are excited for a little family vacation in Park City.  :-)
