Since we didn't get to do our annual fall ride a few weeks ago, we decided to do it yesterday. The weather was perfect. It's too bad all the leaves had already fallen.

Here we are by Desolation Lake negotiating the switchbacks.

Night Bike Ride

We decided to take the camera out on our night ride and try some long exposure shots. Here are the results:

Riding our light saber equipped bikes.
This shot turned out different than expected. Actually, we didn't know what to expect. I think there was a ghost following us!
What could she be contemplating?
Some vibrant fall colors. Notice the burn marks from the recent Draper fire.

The first snow of the season.

Not much to say, just enjoy the pictures of the first snow of the season.

Farewell to summer

A short video from my ride yesterday. The snow was just starting.

Goodbye to an old friend

For the past 4 or 5 years, I have had one constant companion. Everywhere I went, it was there too. It stuck with me through the good times and the bad. Of course I am talking about my phone. As many of you may already know, I had a dealer line from my days at RC Willey, and the just never got around to shutting it off, until now.

So don't be alarmed when you call and get the message that says my number has been disconnected. It might take me a while to join the ranks of all you regular folk and pay full price for a cell phone plan.

That is all.

-Edit- I got a new phone, and so far I have a new phone number. They said I should be able to keep my old one, but I am doubtful. Anyway, if you need to call me, try my old number first, if that doesn't work call 708-3301. One of those two will be my number.

Update - I have my old number back, so ignore the previous update.
